We all know that – a keynote lives from good stories.
But how do you give your story a really good arc of suspense?
What’s the best way to draw your audience in, and when and how do you best stop?
Theater has been researching how to do this for thousands of years. And anyone who has ever been sucked into a show knows about the addictive pull of well-told stories.
What can be taken from this in concrete terms for the creation of your story?
In the PEG Books & Storytelling there are answers to this and we will test together – non-verbally and verbally – what good stories need and how they work.
This will be a very interactive time (about 90 min). Our expert for this is Martin Schwanda.
Martin Schwanda is an experienced stage actor, keynote speaker and expert in outstanding performance, presentation and speech design.
As a mentor for presence and impact, he accompanies organizations and individual personalities from public life and business and supports them in optimizing the impact of important speeches, lectures and presentations.
He completed his acting training at the renowned Max Reinhard Seminar in Vienna (University of Music and Performing Arts).
Part 1: From the Body, to the Soul, to the Personality – The Magic of “Psychosomatics Backwards”
From the Body, to the Soul, to the Personality – The Magic of “Psychosomatics Backwards”
Many practical exercises and a short introduction to the background await you. With highly effective techniques we balance your system together and let your energy flow.
Activate, center and relax for focus, ease and successful satisfaction. “I have to digest that first.” “That takes my breath away”.
It sounds like this or similar when we talk about profound experiences.
That’s because thoughts and feelings have an effect on our bodies. That is psychosomatics.
But psychosomatics also works backwards: you instinctively put your hand on painful areas, caress comfortingly, lovingly embrace. Because touch gets under the skin. With targeted, energizing touches and movements, we can touch with the body, the soul and the personality. In this way we can influence feelings and thoughts, inspire the soul and release blockages.
Part 2: INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS (IDG) – Solid framework for individual development or just the next attention trend?
INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS (IDG) - Solid framework for individual development or just the next attention trend?
INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS (IDG) – Solid framework for individual development or just the next attention trend?
For an abundant year now, a group of NGOs has been knocking on the doors of coaches, organizational developers and speakers with a new growth framework.
Katja Schleicher is already an enthusiastic user as a trainer and coach – with her own critical-ironic distance.
She takes you into the IDG-Mindset and the underlying tools: What fits where? With what consequences? Or is it all just do-gooder hogwash? Your critical spirit is in demand, because in small groups you will explore and deepen together what of the IDG framework can be made usable for you and how communicatively. Either way, you will leave the session strengthened.
What does digitization actually mean in the entrepreneurial life of a speaker and trainer? Which processes can be implemented well with which tools? Where are the stumbling blocks? What really brings a benefit?
In this workshop we will collect many practical examples – yours and ours. We will reflect on them and create a small catalog – as inspiration and a pool of ideas for the other workshop participants.
Kevin is co-founder and managing director of HumanITy GmbH. With his company, he supports large corporations such as Deutsche Bahn, EnBW and Deutsche Telekom in the further development of their software and the associated processes and has made it his mission to make digitization attractive and easy to use for medium-sized businesses as well. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions for him. In addition to his consulting work, he also shares his deep technological knowledge in lectures and workshops.
Richie is a software expert, author and keynote speaker. Since the 1990s, he has been involved with technology, its possibilities, and how it benefits people. He guides companies, teams, and leaders through the challenges of digitization. He is a podcast host and multiple book author. As a communicator between technology and people, he has been a speaker at conferences and congresses for years.

Secrets of business moderation for speakers, coaches and trainers
Secrets of business moderation for speakers, coaches and trainers
If we want to achieve good results with a group in limited time, we cannot do it without business facilitation. As speakers, coaches or trainers, we face this challenge again and again, often enough unconsciously.
In this workshop we will answer these questions, among others:
What types of facilitation are there?
What is the difference between them?
How relevant is business moderation?
How do we benefit from this skill in our daily business?
What are the success factors?
Which best practices have proven to be successful?
In this active workshop, participants will learn what business moderation means to them and how they can apply what they have learned directly and profitably.
